Team Astrology Workshop
Understand how your people really work, and what brings out their best.Every team has its own chemistry. This hands-on workshop uses each person’s birth chart to uncover how they think, work, connect and lead, giving your team a fresh, memorable language for understanding one another.
What we explore
Your team’s Big Three: Sun, Moon and Rising. The core of who each person is, what they need to feel secure, and the first impression they make at work.
Work style and daily routines (6th house). How each person likes to organise their day, handle tasks and stay productive, and where friction can creep in.
Values and motivation (2nd house). What genuinely drives each person, from security and recognition to freedom and purpose.
Career, ambition and leadership (10th house). Natural leadership styles, professional strengths and where each person is headed.
Drive, discipline and connection (Mars, Saturn and Venus). How your team takes action, handles pressure and responsibility, and builds working relationships.

Meet Eva Bantin

Eva kicked off her career with nothing but a desk, a phonebook and unstoppable drive. Three decades in recruitment later, she's spent more time understanding what makes people tick at work than almost anyone in the business - sharper, wiser and definitely rarer (a proud T-Rec, not to be confused with a T-Rex).
She's led teams, ran her own agency for 16 years under the name Eva Wilson Consulting, and worked with some of the biggest names in the industry - Trinity Group, Julia Ross, Robert Walters and Elias Recruitment. She's even served on the RCSA Council, helping shape the industry she loves.
But there's always been another side to Eva. She's been fascinated by astrology since she was eight and has read Tarot professionally for 30 years. Australian Survivor gave her a name that stuck - The Corporate Witch - and she's decided to own it.
A people whisperer with a twist, Eva now brings both worlds together: the boardroom and the birth chart. Equal parts intuition, empathy, business savvy and good old-fashioned hustle.

Before the session, each participant shares their birth date, time and place. On the day, Eva walks the group through their charts - the Big Three, how they work, what motivates them and where they shine in their careers - with plenty of discussion and ‘That's so you!’ moments. Every session is tailored to your team's size and goals.

No. Many don’t, and that’s completely fine. Astrology isn’t a ‘belief system.’ Eva’s approach is grounded, respectful and practical. Think of it as a mirror for reflection and conversation rather than a set of labels.
That said, you’d be in interesting company if you’re curious. Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, one of the founders of modern psychology, studied astrology seriously. He drew up the birth charts of his patients to better understand their inner lives. Princess Diana was known to consult astrologers throughout her life. In the White House, it was reported that the Reagans, particularly Nancy Reagan, sought astrological advice when scheduling key events after the 1981 assassination attempt.
Some stories have taken on a life of their own. Financier J.P. Morgan is famously credited with saying, “Millionaires don’t use astrology, billionaires do,” and is said to have consulted astrologer Evangeline Adams. Legend also has it that Sir Isaac Newton, a man known for his wide-ranging studies, defended astrology to a sceptical Edmond Halley. Whether these tales are fact or folklore, they show how long astrology has intrigued some of history’s sharpest minds.
So whether you’re a sceptic, a believer or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome. All you need is curiosity.

No. Eva’s workshops are designed for self-awareness, connection and team conversation. They’re never used to assess performance or to make hiring or promotion decisions.
If you’ve ever done a personality profile at work, such as Myers-Briggs, DISC or a strengths assessment, the experience will feel familiar. Like those tools, astrology offers a framework and a shared language for talking about how people think, communicate, make decisions and handle pressure. It prompts the same kind of useful questions. How do I work best? What motivates me? Why do my colleague and I approach problems so differently? How can we work together better?
The difference is in how the insight is used. In Eva’s sessions, nothing is scored, ranked or recorded. No one is put in a box. Instead, the focus is on reflection and open discussion. Team members explore their own charts, recognise themselves (and each other) and have the kinds of honest, often light-hearted conversations that build understanding and trust.
With 30 years in corporate recruitment, Eva understands exactly where the line sits between insight and assessment, and she keeps her workshops firmly on the right side of it.

Workshops can run from 90 minutes to a half or full day. They can be held in person in Sydney, the Illawarra or at your chosen venue, or online for remote and hybrid teams. Keynotes and talks can be tailored to fit any event schedule.

She sure was! Eva swapped the boardroom for a beach when she was cast on Australian Survivor, filmed in Malaysia in 2026. Between the challenges, the strategy and the unpredictable twists, her years of reading people came in handy, and so did her insight into what makes everyone tick. It was there that she was dubbed ‘The Power Mum’ and ‘The Corporate Witch,’ and the name stuck.
For Eva, it was the perfect description of who she is: three decades of corporate experience combined with a lifelong love of astrology and Tarot. Now it’s the name behind her business.
