Meet Eva Bantin, People Alchemist
Eva kicked off her recruitment career with nothing but a desk, a phonebook, and unstoppable drive. Decades later, she’s still in love with the ‘game’ - sharper, wiser, and definitely rarer (hence the T-Rec, not to be confused with a T-Rex - a recruitment dinosaur still ruling the recruitment landscape).
She’s led teams, run her own agency for 16 years under the name Eva Wilson Consulting, and has worked with some of the biggest names in the biz - Trinity Group, Julia Ross, Robert Walters, and Elias Recruitment.
Ethical, passionate, and proudly ENFJ, Eva’s built a career (and reputation) on trust, professionalism, and a genuine love for people. She’s even served on the RCSA Council - because when it comes to recruitment, this T-Rec doesn’t just play the game… she helps shape it.
A people whisperer with a twist, Eva’s not just a Recruiter, she’s also a qualified practising professional Astrologer, giving her an uncanny edge in matching people and purpose. Equal parts intuition, empathy, business savvy, and good old-fashioned hustle.
